Rope Splicing Needle is the ideal accessory to ensure your LANEX paper carrier ropes achieve their maximum service lifetime, it is essential for them to be correctly spliced using the right tools. LANEX supplies splicing needles in two sizes
- narrow needles for splicing ropes with diameter up to 11.5mm
- wide needles for splicing ropes with diameter from 12mm upwards
The rope splicing needle is specially designed for use in the highly demanding operating conditions of paper machines. Splicing baskets (which wear out quicker than needles) can be purchased also separately.
